Mic Dixon
Mic Dixon Graduated in Film and TV in 1976 and worked as a film editor, producer and director in the UK Industry since 1979 including – BBC Arena; C4 Critical Eye; C4 Dispatches and C4 Unreported World. Mic’s first job in the industry was editing commercials in a Soho cutting room – spending a lot of time on foot dashing from optical house to dubbing theatre and peddling a 35mm Moviola. This intense, demanding (and really fun) phase of his career culminated in editing, along with indispensable business partner Andrea MacArthur, the very first series of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. And then it was time for a change.
