Former Chief of Staff to US Secretary of State Colin Powell, Lawrence Wilkerson is a retired United States Army Colonel and Visiting Professor of Government and Public Policy at the College of William & Mary.
He is Professorial Lecturer in the Public Policy Honours Program at the George Washington University.
